Although there are several factors that can contribute to how long it takes to complete a project with Life Moments, here are some general guidelines. We’ll give you exact timing based on what you’d like and our schedule at that time.

Portrait and Event Photography

Since most of these photo sessions take place on weekends, we tend to be booked in advance. Booking us early in your planning process is always a good suggestion.

Our portrait sessions run from one to two hours, and it typically takes anywhere from one to two weeks for proofs and final images. So if you need head shots by a specific date, we’d like to schedule your sitting about a month before that date.

Video Montages

In general, it takes about eight weeks from the time we first meet with you to discuss your montage until the project is completed. That time includes a pre-production creative meeting, consultation on photo and music selection, review of the draft montage (either in person or on the Web), final edits and delivery of the finished photo montage.

There are times when we can complete a montage in as little as one week, based on our schedule. You’d need to have your pictures selected and put in order; you’ll need to know the songs you’d like to use; and you’d have to give us all digital pictures or scanned prints. In other words, you’d have to be ready to go at our first meeting.
